This website presents product information and demonstrations. It does not collect live training videos, assessments, exposure records, sensor readings or device location. Handling of those records within a product needs to be explained in the product’s privacy information and your organisation’s arrangements. This website notice does not replace that information.
Information you choose to send
If you email us, we receive the information you include, such as your name, email address, organisation, enquiry and related correspondence. We use it to respond, discuss your requirements and manage any resulting business relationship.
If the form shows “Prepare enquiry”, it prepares an email draft in your browser. Nothing is sent by the website; review and send it from your email app. If direct delivery is enabled and the button shows “Send enquiry”, your details go through Web3Forms, which emails them to us and retains a copy under its form retention settings. See Web3Forms privacy information. If delivery cannot be confirmed, an email draft is offered instead.
You can make a general enquiry without naming an organisation. We may need contact or project details to provide a useful response. Please do not send passwords, medical records, training videos or sensitive operational information through a general website enquiry.
Browsing and service providers

All fonts are served directly by this website. Email correspondence is handled through our business email services.

Product demonstrations and trial access
Training Capture and ExposureTrack demonstrations use sample records. Core temperature shown in ExposureTrack demonstrations is an estimate, not a measurement. HydrantFinder images are captured app screens, not a live website map.
Trial accounts and records are handled in the relevant product’s trial environment, not on this website. This website does not sign anyone in or store product records. Visit trial access for sign-in help. Ask for the applicable product privacy information before supplying personal product data.
